The service we provide allows our clients to delegate property management responsibilities to our specialist team, who organise, plan, control and supply a complete range of support services leaving them free to concentrate on their core business. The Facilities and Property Management team give our clients total flexibility, while retaining management control of service strategy and policy.

We utilise specialist service providers for specific tasks, which are monitored through our integrated computerised management information platforms – Property Management (PropMan), Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Asset Tracking (AT), allowing full control from planned preventative maintenance and refurbishments, to reactive emergency maintenance, delivering timely, bespoke and accurate information about service and property performance.

We ensure that:

  • Real estate liabilities are fully understood
  • Critical lease dates and terms are acted on
  • Payments are made; income is collected
  • Properties and sub-tenant occupiers are proactively managed to minimise client cost and to maximise client income
  • We prepare and administer service charge accounts incorporating collection of “on account” payments and prompt end of year reconciliations.
