Our Health and Safety team provide a comprehensive and helpful service to both Landlords and Tenants. Whatever your business size or industry sector, we can offer advice and best practice guidance.

We understand the importance of effective health and safety management and by helping to create a safe working environment, we can assist your business to reduce the risk of personal injury, limit property damage, minimise business interruption, and build protection against insurance claims.

Through a process of risk assessment, policy and procedure preparation and emergency planning, we can assist you in complying with statutory requirements, whilst helping to promote a positive health and safety culture throughout your organisation.

Our services can be divided into two core areas; Auditing and Consultancy.

Our auditing service can be delivered in a one-off assessment or as part of a periodic programme. The range of risk assessments include; Health and Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid, Display Screen Equipment, New and Expectant Mothers, and Working at Height.

Further services include; reviewing current policy and procedures, data management, interpreting legislation, undertaking fire evacuation drills, fire safety training and accident investigations.
